(Oral) Petitioner has filed this 2nd petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.159 dated 25.05.2020, under Sections 15, 27-A, 61, 85 and 181 of Motor Vehicle Act registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula, Haryana. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. The prayer is accepted.
