**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The parties seek quashing of FIR on the basis of compromise. As per report dated 02.11.2022, none had appeared before the trial Court for recording their statements. Even today none has appeared to represent the parties before this Court. As such, it appears that the parties are not more interested to compromise the matter.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Liberty is reserved to the parties to file compromise petition again, if need arises. It is clarified that dismissal of this petition shall not come in the way of petitioners, in case a fresh compromise petition, if any, is filed.
