This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 14.10.2025 passed in CWP-30353-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the short reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Jitender Kumar, Director General Elementary Education, Panchkula, Haryana in Court today, which is taken on record. Along with the affidavit, speaking order dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure R-1) has also been appended. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Needless to say that the petitioner would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
