(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.0011 dated 23.01.2023 under Sections 341, 323 379, 148 and 149 of IPC 1860 registered at Police Station, City Sunam, District Sangrur, Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions from H.C. Jagdeep Singh, P.S. City Sunam, Sangrur submits that in compliance of order dated 17.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
