 / &0 ,1 The petitioner has approached this Court by raising a challenge to the order dated 03.02.2025 whereby the services of the petitioner have been terminated by the respondents by not granting any further extension in the contractual period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this juncture, he would confine his prayer only to the extent that in the event of the respondents issuing/publishing any fresh advertisement for engagement of employees, the petitioner shall be permitted to participate in the same. Notice of motion.

Mr. Karan Kumar Jund, Sr. Panel Counsel enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-Union of India and submits that the respondents would have no objection in considering the application submitted by the petitioner, in the event of issuance of any fresh advertisement and further subject to the eligibility conditions prescribed therein.
