**** SANJAY VASHISTH, J. (Oral) Status report has been filed by learned State counsel on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. Same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.

It is pointed out by learned State counsel that on the complaint of Akbar (respondent No. 4) regarding eloping of his daughter Masruma (petitioner No. 2), aged 18 years, one FIR No. 33 dated 03.02.2023 under Section 346 of IPC has been registered at Police Station Mundkati, District Palwal. Learned State counsel also points out that petitioner No. 2 is now staying with her parents i.e. private respondents and now in criminal case, offence punishable under Section 376-D IPC has also been added. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the application (CRM-W-238-2023) as well as the main petition (CRWP-1529-2023) to take appropriate and remedial steps in regard to the registration of criminal case against petitioner No. 1. In view of the above, present petition alongwith application(s) stands dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly.
