(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.204, dated 18.12.2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 452, 325 IPC and Section 3/4 of SC&ST Act, 1989 added later on) at Police Station Boha, District Mansa (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings on the basis of compromise. 2.

Report dated 17.01.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Budhlada which shows that none of the parties had appeared before the trial Court for recording their statements qua the compromise.

Even today, there is no representation on behalf of either of the parties.
