The instant appeal is directed against the order dated 02.02.2026, passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge (Exclusive Court for Heinous Crime against Women), Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, dismissing the application of the appellants for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.293 dated 21.12.2025, registered under Sections 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(2), 140(1), 126(2), 324(4), 238(b), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, at Police Station Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar.

The brief facts as per the prosecution case are that the appellants alongwith other co-accused armed with pistol, wooden dandas, iron rods, gandasis etc. attacked the complainant's vehicle; damaged it; forcibly dragged the complainant and his wife out of the car and assaulted them; beaten the complainant's sister and also threatened to kidnap and kill the complainant's wife. Hence, the present FIR. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the appellants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. He further contends that the appellants are not named in the FIR and have been nominated as accused only on the basis of disclosure statement of coaccused and it is a trite     !   "
