NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2015 and notice is yet to the issued in the matter. Further, for the last 03 dates i.e. 07.02.2019, 27.10.2022 and 09.01.2023, the applicant had gone un-represented.

Today, for the 4th time the applicant has gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the applicant or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present criminal miscellaneous application.
