**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 214 dated 22.8.2019 under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C IPC registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested on 22.8.2019 and the FSL report is still awaited. He further submits that petitioner is 26 years of age and no other case is pending against him.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Major Singh, submits that recovery of 400 currency notes in the denomination of Rs. 500/-, amounting to Rs. 2,00,000/- and a printer, was effected from the petitioner.
