RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.3, Superintendent of Police, Palwal, to direct the Investigating Officer of case FIR No.0002, dated 02.01.2021, under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Camp Palwal, District Palwal, to submit the challan before the concerned Court.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that since registration of the FIR, the investigation has not been completed till date by the Investigating Agency and the same is being done only in order to favour the accused.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Kirpal Singh Thakur, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits, on instructions, that investigation is complete, however challan is yet to be filed before the Court of competent MEENU 2023.02.24 10:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the State/Investigating Agency to submit the challan in the concerned Court expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from today.
