**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J.(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of the order dated 03.04.2014 (Annexure P-6) passed by JMIC, Jalandhar vide which the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender in FIR No.232 dated 30.07.2009.

In compliance of order dated 27.02.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the photocopies of the air tickets of the petitioner, which are scheduled on 20.03.2023. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is ready to appear and surrender and thereafter join proceedings before the trial Court.
