(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.10 dated 01.02.2015, registered at Police Station Women Cell, District Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498-A and 323 IPC.
Learned State counsel, on instructions, has informed that SLP against the order dated 28.11.2016, passed by this Court, has been dismissed by the Supreme Court on 04.05.2017.

CRM-M-10024-2016 -2Keeping in view the fact that sister of the complainant is staying happily along with her two minor daughters in the room provided to her, order dated 22.03.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
