**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 35 dated 19.2.2016, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Counsel for the complainant states that a compromise has been effected.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 21.3.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. He states that part payment has already been made. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
