There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. Same was the position on the last date of hearing also. 2.

The present appeal has been filed along with an application (CRM-36890-2014) for delay of 522 days against the judgment of acquittal. 3.

Notice in the application for condonation of delay was issued on 06.11.2024, however, the appellant has not even filed the process fee. 4.

Apparently, the appellant does not seem to be interested in pursuing the present appeal, which is pending for the last almost 11 years. 5.

In light of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non prosecution with liberty to the appellant to seek its revival within a period of six months, in case, any cogent cause of action survives. 6.
