Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he restricts his prayer to the extent of issuance of directions as regards protection of life and liberty of the petitioners. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot to look into the matter and to get the representation dated 'Nil' (Annexure P-3) examined qua the alleged threat perception of the petitioners.
