**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 164 dated 18.12.2019 under Sections 399/402 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Division No. 4, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the raid was conducted on the secret information but the petitioner has no connection with the present case or with the co-accused. He further submits that no recovery of weapon has been effected from the petitioner and he has been in custody since 18.12.2019.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, submits that one daat has been recovered from the petitioner but there is no other case pending against him.
