The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.2 dated 02.01.2021 registered under Sections 363, 366-A IPC (Section 376, 120-B IPC and Section 3 & 4 of POCSO Act added later on) at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala.

By an order dated 03.03.2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from ASI Ishru Prashad submits that petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 03.03.2021 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
