(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.634 dated 13.12.2022, registered under Sections 323, 341, 336, 148 and 149 IPC; Section 25 of the Arms Act and Section 325 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Islamabad, District Amritsar. Vide order dated 20.03.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Davinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.03.2023 AMAN JAIN 2023.07.24 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
