ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN , J. (ORAL ) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of the petition filed by the respondent-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as "Harpreet Singh Vs. Amandeep Kaur" pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, S.A.S. Nagar, to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Bathinda.

As per office report, respondent has been served, but there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. Counsel for the petitioner submits that out of the wedlock, two children are born who are living in the care and custody of the petitioner. TA-195-2022 (O&M) has to maintain her two children and therefore, it is difficult for her to attend the Court proceedings at S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, for which, he has to take assistance of a male member in the family and bear the expenses. Since there is no contest on behalf of the respondent, the present petition is allowed. The petition filed by the respondent under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as "Harpreet Singh Vs. Amandeep Kaur" pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, S.A.S. Nagar, will be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Bathinda.
