(ORAL) In compliance of the order dated 13.07.2023 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record affidavit dated 20.07.2023 of the petitioner. The same is taken on record. Copy whereof has been supplied to the learned counsel opposite. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.653 dated 19.12.2022, registered under Sections 336, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Islamabad, District Amritsar.

Vide order dated 20.03.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. AMAN JAIN 2023.07.24 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-9245-2023 (O&M) -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Davinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 20.03.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
