The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.0185, dated 26.12.2025 under Sections 331(3), 305 BNS registered at Police Station S.G.N. Dev Thermal Plant, District Bathinda.

This Court vide order dated 09.02.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 09.02.2026, the petitioners have joined the investigation. 4.
