The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of adverse remarks recorded in ACR for the prior 01.04.2000 to 03.11.2000. He is further seeking setting aside of notice of retirement dated 27.06.2002. 2.

The operation of impugned order was stayed on 04.09.2002. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ct. Sandeep 851/HSR office of ADGP Hisar Range Hisar, submits that the petitioner remained in service till the age of 58 years. He retired in 2005 on attaining the age of 58 years, thus, instant petition has rendered infructuous.
