**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Instant petition is for seeking direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 6.

On advance notice, learned State counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, submits that already petitioner No.2 is facing trial under Section 6 of the POCSO Act, and 14 witnesses have already been examined, and now trial is fixed for 14.03.2023, for recording of statements of the remaining witnesses.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
