This is the second petition, whereby, the petitioner has sought the relief of him being granted the concession of anticipatory bail, in FIR No.763 dated 08.08.2024, under Sections 191(3), 190, 115, 324(4), 109 of the B.N.S. and 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

Petitioner's earlier petition, i.e. CRM-M-50819-2024, wherein, he had sought an alike relief, as claimed herein, was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court, vide order dated 15.10.2024. However, upon request of petitioner's counsel, a direction was also passed upon the learned trial Court to, in case the petitioner surrenders within 10 days therefrom and files any bail application, decide the same within two days. 3.
However, now after lapse of approx. 04 months since the passing of the order (supra), the petitioner has, instead of surrendering in pursuance to his request, again approached this Court for claiming the DEVINDER YADAV 2025.02.15 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CRM-M-7763-2025 relief of anticipatory bail.

There is neither any change of circumstances, nor any concrete supervening events have been brought before this Court, wherethrough, the instant second petition, on the same cause of action, can be permitted to be maintained, therefore, the instant petition is dismissed.
