The present appeal is against the judgment of acquittal pending since 2015 and the same had been dismissed for non-prosecution on 07.09.2018 on account of persistent default on the part of the appellant and had been revived on 15.01.2019. However, from the last three dates of hearing again, none has been putting appearance on behalf of the appellant. Today also, the matter has been passed over thrice but none has appeared on her behalf. It is apparent that the appellant is not interested to pursue the matter. 2.

In view of above, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
