Cr. Misc. No.M-10073 of 2016 [2] Additional Advocate General, Haryana appearing for the respondent-State and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that in the present case challan has already been presented and charges have been framed. As per the prosecution version, the FIR was got registered on the statement of Pardeep Kumar. As per the allegations, the present petitioner is named in the FIR and he was armed with Danda and he also gave injuries to the father of the complainant along with other co-accused who succumbed to the injuries. Keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offence and in view of the fact that the case is at the preliminary staged, I do not find it a fit case where the present petitioner is entitled to the benefit of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
