NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter pertains to the year 2018 and notice is yet to be issued in the same. Further, perusal of files shows that this case has been listed for hearing 08 times and the same was repeatedly adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the applicant, except for only one date i.e. 23.07.2018, on which the applicant had gone un-represented. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the applicant. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the applicant or her counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present criminal miscellaneous application.
In view of the above, the criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
