It is stated to be a version and cross version of the occurrence on 29.10.2015 at around 7.30am in a dispute over a piece of land.

Counsel for the petitioner heard at length.

Concededly, the petitioner has been attributed two injuries with datar on the person of injured complainant-Gurpreet Singh. One injury is on the left temporal region of the head and second one between knee and ankle which has been opined to be grievous in nature.

In view of the nature and gravity of offence, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
