**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.21 dated 26.02.2016, registered at Police Station Women, District Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.

Learned State counsel has informed that the locker at Bathinda had been operated from which the recovery of gold of six tolas has been made whereas the locker at Ludhiana found to be empty. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it transpires that there was a dispute with regard to the ornaments which had been given Naresh Kumar 2016.10.20 11:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh by the complainants as gifts to the family members of the petitioner.

CRM-M-10093-2016 -2In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.03.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner deposit a sum of `3 lacs in the shape of FDR in the name of child, namely, Sartaaj Singh, before the trial Court, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. Needless to mention, the complainant would be at liberty to approach the police, in case, she apprehend any threat from the accused.
