Learned State counsel submits that out of ten witnesses cited by the prosecution four have been examined. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one in case trial does not conclude within three months.
