(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.581 dated 10.11.2022 registered under Section 174-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter to be referred as "the IPC") at Police Station Ballabhgarh City, District Faridabad (Annexure P-3) and all the consequential proceedings which was registered on account of declaration of petitioner as proclaimed person by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Faridabad, vide order dated 31.10.2022 (Annexure P-2) in compliant No.6817 of 2018 titled as "Laxman Mann Versus Sher Mohammad" (Annexure P-1).
