(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.64 dated 08.09.2016, under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Tarsikka, District Amritsar Rural. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Harbans Singh, has duly acknowledged that in terms of order dated 14.03.2018 of this Court, all the four petitioners have joined the proceedings before the learned trial Court and submitted the requisite bail bonds along with sureties.
