At this stage, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appears on behalf of the respondent-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her. She, on instructions from Mr. Ram Naresh, Reader to Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Haryana, submits that the revision petition (ROR No.290 of 2024), along with the stay application, is now listed for hearing on 01.04.2025 before the learned Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Haryana; and in all probabilities, the aforesaid revision petition along with the stay application would be taken up for hearing on the date fixed, i.e. 01.04.2025, and shall be decided on the same day itself, and in any case, not beyond a period of three weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned State counsel, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition at this stage. 5.
