(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.01 dated 03.01.2018 under Sections 379, 342 IPC (Sections 120-B, 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal. Petitioner is incarcerated since 18.01.2018. Tractor, in question, has been recovered. According to learned State counsel, investigation is likely to be completed shortly.

Keeping in view the fact that trial may take long time to conclude, no useful purpose would be served by detaining the petitioner. Accordingly, petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Kaithal.
