***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondent submits that he does not intend to file reply. In fact, on instructions from the respondent, he submits that he has no objection, if the transfer application is accepted and the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, is transferred from Karnal to Patiala. In view of the submissions made aforesaid and taking into consideration the fact of one son born from the wedlock of the parties to be in the care and custody of the applicant and also taking into consideration the fact of respondent himself residing in UAE, the transfer application is allowed and the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/1116/2024, titled 'Jaswinder Singh v/s Kulwinder Kaur', filed by the respondent-husband, stands transferred from the Family Court, Karnal, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Patiala. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Karnal, to the District and Sessions Judge, Patiala.
