**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Through instant petition under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Code, 1973, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.107 dated 26.08.2022 registered at Police Station Boha, District Mansa, under Sections 15 and 29 of NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner would surrender before trial Court within two weeks, however, trial Court may be directed to decide bail application of the petitioner expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to trial Court to decide the regular bail application of the petitioner within three days if petitioner surrenders within two week from today.
