Allegations by the complainant are that accused respondents had while executing agreement to sell for sale of their agriculture land had mis-represented regarding location of the land and therefore cheated petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner heard at length.

Learned trial court keeping in view the material before it has granted anticipatory bail to the said accused in the presence of Public Prosecutor.
