**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the seizure order dated 03.10.2020 passed by respondent No.3 whereby the vehicle of the petitioner was seized.

Learned State counsel submits that since, the vehicle in question has already been released, the present petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid aspect of the matter.

Dismissed as having become infructuous.
