RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for release of detenue Balvir Kaur (aged about 82 years), mother of the petitioner, from the custody of respondents No.4 and 5. SI Karam Singh has produced alleged detenue Balvir Kaur in Court.
On asking of the Court, she refused to accompany petitioner. She submits that she has not been kidnapped by anyone. She voluntarily, with her own free will and consent is living with her real son Manmohan Singh and does not want to go with the petitioner.
