The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0079, dated 24.06.2025 under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 61(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station I.T City, District S.A.S.Nagar.

This Court vide order dated 09.02.2026 granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.
