Vide order dated 12.1.2016 petitioner was directed to be released on interim bail till 20.1.2016.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Jai Narain states that present petition has become infructuous as after availing interim bail petitioner has surrendered back to the jail authorities in terms of order dated 12.1.2016.

Dismissed as infructuous.
