MEHTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that his client is inclined to get the matrimonial dispute between him and the appellant settled amicably and also to negotiate on the point of permanent alimony for the appellant and is ready to make a request to the Court in CRR(F) No.328 of 2018 to refer the said matter to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court, for the above-mentioned purpose and he further submits that he as well as learned counsel for the appellant would move a joint application in the afore-referred revision-petition in this regard. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that she has no objection to the afore-discussed submission as made by learned counsel for the respondent and she would join him in moving the above-said application before the Co-ordinate Bench and in view of the afore-narrated facts and circumstances, she be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for the same.

Resultantly, the appeal in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn, accordingly.
