(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking directions to official respondents to take appropriate action against respondents No. 5 to 12 on the basis of representation dated 09.01.2023 (Annexure P-1) preferred by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner has made representation against private respondents for causing injuries to the petitioner, however, police is not looking into her representation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh, states that for the same incident, the private-respondents have lodged FIR against the petitioner. The matter is under investigation. CRM-M-8965 of 2023 -2of investigation would look into representation of the petitioner and proceed accordingly.

In view of statement of learned State counsel, this Court is sanguine of the fact that investigating officer while conducting investigation of FIR No. 0015 dated 13.01.2023, under Sections 324, 323 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Gidderbaha, District Shri Muktsar Sahib, would look into the representation of the petitioner and thereafter complete investigation. No further order is warranted. Disposed of.
