Mr. A.P.Bhandari, Advocate submits that the instant petition may be disposed of in the light of order dated 05.09.2024 passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions including CWP-22006-2017. 2.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana does not oppose prayer of the workman-respondent. He further submits that if workman was reinstated, he would be entitled to benefit as extended to reinstated workmen.

In the wake of statement of both sides, the present petition stands disposed in terms of order dated 05.09.2024 passed by this Court in a bunch of petitions including CWP-22006-2017.
