However, a prayer has been made that since petitioner Prem Lata is senior citizen suffering from multiple ailments, she be exempted from personal appearance before the trial court. Prayer is allowed. The trial court is directed to ensure that if an application for exemption of personal appearance is moved on behalf of petitioner Prem Lata, the same be considered sympathetically.
