The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.12.2025 passed in CWP-74372025, whereby, the respondents were directed to consider the representation filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 24.12.2025, affidavit of Mr. Niteesh Jain, Chief Engineer, YWS (S), Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Panchkula dated 17.03.2026 along with copy of joining report submitted by Smt. Sunita Kaushik dated 03.03.2026 forwarded by Sub Divisional Officer vide letter No.60/22G/OS dated 05.03.2026 (Annexure R-1) have been filed. Copies of the same have been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and are also taken on record.

A perusal of affidavit dated 17.03.2026 and joining report submitted by Smt. Sunita Kaushik dated 03.03.2026 shows that order dated 24.12.2025 passed in CWP-7437-2025 has been complied with. 4.
In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
