The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of advertisement No.21/2017 (Annexure P-3) whereby the respondents have invited application for recruitment of Assistant Professor. 2.
Mr. A.S.Virk, Advocate, at the outset, submits that impugned advertisement stands withdrawn, thus, the present petition has become infructuous.
