The present petition has been filed by impugning the order in appeal passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, dismissing the petitioner's/ wife's appeal against the order dated 25.2.2022 passed by the Magistrate under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. The said order, however, has not been challenged in the petition. In view thereof, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Permission is granted.
