*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.NIACT/336 of 2016 dated 04.12.2014 titled as "M/s Zimidara Seeds Store Vs. Kashmir Singh and others".

Complaint is of the year 2014, which is not supported by any material. The other documents attached with the petition are not connected to the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Above all, the summoning order allegedly passed by the Court has neither been placed on record nor challenged. To a pointed query, learned counsel has expressed his inability to furnish particulars about the date of the summoning order or other proceedings. In view of the above, no ground is made out for quashing of the criminal complaint.

Petition is dismissed.
